Since I am unable to sleep at the moment, I decided to throw this out there...
Blessed are the rich in money, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are those who laugh, for they will be comforted.
Blessed are the bold, for they will inherit the earth.
Blessed are those who are full of righteousness, for they will be filled.
Blessed are the merciless, for they will be shown mercy.
Blessed are the corrupt in heart, for they will see God.
Blessed are the warmongers, for they will be called children of God.
Blessed are those who are praised because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
I know this may sound liberal, pacifist, or whatever political term you would like to use, but I'm trying to see how accurately American attitudes can be portrayed with a simple algorithm that produces small but critical changes to Scripture.
Furthermore these beatitudes need not only apply to America.
